Pastillas

Pastillas de leche is a rich and creamy confection of delicately balanced milk reduction and castor sugar.  Authentic pastillas are made with fresh carabao’s milk and sugar, slow cooked to the consistency of fudge.  Our pastillas are crafted using Ontario farm fresh water buffalo (carabao) milk and made in small batches, true to our artisanal ways.  Each pastillas is individually wrapped in cellophane and available in a package of 5.
