If I want to become a vendor, do I need to be on-site to sell my products?

As a UTB vendor, we are your partner! You just leave your products and display set up with us, and we’ll take care of the rest. From marketing to vendor features in house, we’ve got you covered to ensure your product gets the spotlight it deserves!

No deposit is required or contracts.

Price Explained

The prices of products at Unique Town Boutique do not include taxes above the price shown online or in-store. Please note, in-store we do charge a UTB fee which is based on the average spent. This fee is to cover operating expenses, community programs and off set fees to our local makers.

The fee is an average of 5-10% depending on the total amount spent. This fee is typical in small shops like ours to help continue this handmade community grow. 

For example of fee charged:

Spend $15 in store fee is $1.25=$16.25 

Spend $45 in store fee is $2.50=47.50

Spend $90 in store fee is $7.50=$97.50  

Our fees are posted in-store. No fee is charged on-line.

Does UTB host events or workshops?

Yes! We host various events and workshops at our location monthly AND have an opportunity for our partners/vendors to host their own! Click “Events” on the top menu bar for more information. If you are a vendor and want to host a virtual class please email

Does UTB offer shipping, Local Delivery and Curb Side pick up?

YES! We offer all three services for our customers. We will handle all the details of shipping, packing, gift packaging, curb side pick up and local delivery for the vendor products. We add a special touch to each package leaving our shop. 

Do I need my own insurance?

Although Unique Town Boutique is covered we do recommend having your own business insurance to cover your goods in our store. If you are not sure about small business insurance we can help you find the best plan for you.


What is the UTB Rewards Program?

UTB Rewards Program is a FREE rewards program where you can rewards yourself for supporting local makers & shopping at our small business, Unique Town Boutique! Earn points for shopping and redeem them for extra discounts and/or gifts! 

How do I participate or join the UTB rewards program? Is it FREE?

It's FREE to join! Register for an account on our website front page or click here to create your account to start collecting your UTB rewards points.

How do I earn points?
Every purchase is eligible! Earn 5 points for every $1 spent in-store or online at time of purchase. If purchasing in-store, please let our UTB member know the email address associated to your rewards account in order to sync

PLUS bonus ways to earn points by completing actions like following UTB on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more! 

How do I redeem points?
Redeem your points towards prizes, discounts off your purchase and more! If purchase in-store, please let UTB member know your email address associated to the account.

What if I had created my UTB account online already? 

If you had previously ordered from our website and created an account on UTB for your past orders, we want to award you too! Register for UTB rewards program with the same email and your points will be added from past purchases - helping you reach your redemption status quicker!
